Anchor the projection
Tell us where you're starting so we can forecast any range you set with confidence.
Balance at the beginning of the projection period.
The date from which the budget projection begins.
Step 2
Capture your recurring money
Add your predictable income, bills, weekly spending, and one-off payments to build a realistic cash runway.
Monthly Income Sources
Add paychecks, side hustles, or stipends. Include the pay day for accurate projections.
Monthly Bills & Subscriptions
Put in due dates for rent, utilities, loans, or recurring services.
We automatically shift a due date to the month's last day if it doesn't exist (like the 31st in shorter months).
Yearly Bills & Renewals
Great for domains, insurance, or any annual bill. Pick the month and exact day so it lands in your projection automatically every year.
We’ll clamp the day to the end of the month when needed (e.g., a 31st charge in February).
Weekly Expenses (Averages)
Capture flexible spending like groceries, transport, or fun money and pick the weekday it leaves your account.
Each weekly amount deducts on the day you select (default is Saturday to mirror weekend shops).
Daily Spend (average)
A flat amount taken out every calendar day—good for coffee runs, transport taps, or pocket money you spend most days.
Applies across your projection window and counts toward expenses.
One-Off Payments
Add future one-time expenses like buying a phone, vacation, or any planned purchase with an exact date.
Save or move your data (CSV)
Export a CSV backup of your setup or import one to restore your budget fast—perfect when you want to edit on another device.
Step 3
Zoom into any slice of your projection
Pick a custom date span—down to the day—then chart it monthly or yearly alongside the ledger.
Default range is 12 months from your projection start. Set exact dates (e.g., mid-2026 to mid-Nov 2027) to dive deeper.
See the projected balance for every day of any month inside your chart range.
Set a chart range that includes at least one full month to see a daily breakdown.
