Shipping, returns, refunds, and cookies.
Shipping Policy
- Shipping destinations: We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, and select European countries.
- Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days depending on your destination. International orders may experience additional delays due to customs processing.
- Free tracked shipping: All orders include free tracked shipping. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Tracking information may take 2–3 days to update after your order has been shipped. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, please contact us.
Returns & Refunds
- We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- To request a refund, email support@wolfaxen.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
- Defective or damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
